Ingredients

  • 3 bone-in chicken breasts , skin removed
  • 2/3 cup Healthy BBQ Sauce , (recipe)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Instructions
