Ingredients
 

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 6 cloves garlic , minced
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 6 chicken thighs , bone-in, and skin on

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix the ingredients in a large bowl then place on a baking sheet, skin side up.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes.
