Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Toss together the tomatoes, olive oil, basil, oregano, salt and pepper in a large bowl gently.
Put the tomatoes cut side up in a 9x13 baking dish.
Roast tomatoes in the oven for
15-20 minutes
until they're slightly wrinkled and dry on top.
