Ingredients
 

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg , beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, mix the turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  • Form the meat into balls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the meatballs on the baking sheet and cook in oven for 15-20 minutes, until lightly browned.
