  • 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 1/4 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Add self rising flour and yogurt to stand mixer and combine on medium speed until flour is no longer visible.
  3. Switch to a dough hook and knead for 5 minutes until the mixture makes a ball that pulls away from the sides and it feels smooth.

  4. Spray an 8" cast iron skillet with olive oil spray.
  5. Press the dough into the skillet and using your fingertips make indentations in the dough (as pictured above) all over the dough.
  6. Drizzle the olive oil all over the dough, sprinkle the rosemary and salt onto the dough.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
