Ingredients
 

  • 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 1/4 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Add self rising flour and yogurt to stand mixer and combine on medium speed until flour is no longer visible.
  • Switch to a dough hook and knead for 5 minutes until the mixture makes a ball that pulls away from the sides and it feels smooth.
  • Spray an 8" cast iron skillet with olive oil spray.
  • Press the dough into the skillet and using your fingertips make indentations in the dough (as pictured above) all over the dough.
  • Drizzle the olive oil all over the dough, sprinkle the rosemary and salt onto the dough.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
