Creamy White Bean Pasta is the perfect weeknight dinner done in under 15 minutes. With a perfectly creamy and smooth vegan sauce made with white beans.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 pound rotini pasta
  • 2 cans white beans ,15.5 ounces, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 3/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Cook pasta one minute shy of the ingredients.
  • Add beans, broth, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, salt and pepper to a blender until creamy and smooth.
  • Add to hot, drained pasta and toss to combine.
  • Warm the sauce on medium heat for 1 minute then serve.
