Ingredients

  • 1 pound rotini pasta
  • 2 cans white beans ,15.5 ounces, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 3/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta one minute shy of the ingredients.
  2. Add beans, broth, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, salt and pepper to a blender until creamy and smooth.
  3. Add to hot, drained pasta and toss to combine.
  4. Warm the sauce on medium heat for 1 minute then serve.
