Ingredients
 

  • 2 cups strawberries , sliced
  • 2/3 cup whole milk greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add the ingredients to a high powered blender and blend for 2 minutes until smooth.
  • Transfer to small jars or a covered container and refrigerate overnight or for 4 hours minimum.
