Ingredients
 

  • 15 ounces low-sodium black beans , drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 cup 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients together to a food processor and pulse until a little chunky but mostly smooth.
  • Refrigerate before serving, preferably for at least 1 hour.
