  • 1/3 cup hummus
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/4 cup parsley , chopped
  • 16 ounces Coleslaw mix


  1. In a large bowl whisk together hummus, water, lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper until smooth.
  2. Add in the parsley and cabbage mix and toss well to combine.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to soften the cabbage.
