Ingredients
 

  • 1/3 cup hummus
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/4 cup parsley , chopped
  • 16 ounces Coleslaw mix

Instructions

  • In a large bowl whisk together hummus, water, lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper until smooth.
  • Add in the parsley and cabbage mix and toss well to combine.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to soften the cabbage.
