Ingredients

  • 2 red onions , cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Gently toss red onions with oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Place on baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes until charred and caramelized.
