Ingredients
 

  • 2 red onions , cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Gently toss red onions with oil, salt and pepper.
  • Place on baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes until charred and caramelized.
