Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup 1% milk , or oat milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375° F.
  2. Lightly spray a 9" pie pan with baking spray.
  3. In a large bowl mix together the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, milk, egg, honey and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in chocolate chips then pour into pie pan.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
