Baked Lemon Garlic Tilapia is an easy weeknight meal made with lemon juice, garlic, mayo, salt and breadcrumbs.

Ingredients
 

  • 6 tilapia filets
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees and coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Place fish in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  • Combine lemon juice, garlic, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Spread over fish.
  • Sprinkle with breadcrumbs; drizzle with butter.
  • Bake at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  • Sprinkle with parsley.
