Ingredients

  • 1 cups wild rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 cups water boiling

Instructions

  1. Rinse the wild rice well, then add it to a baking dish with boiling water and salt.
  2. Cover well and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, stir and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
