Garlic Herb Shrimp made with olive oil, fresh herbs, lemon and garlic. This is the easiest one skillet shrimp dinner!

Ingredients
 

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 pounds shrimp 16-20 count , peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 lemon , juiced and zested
  • 1/4 cup parsley , chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano , chopped

Instructions

  • Add the olive oil to a large skillet on medium high heat.
  • Add the shrimp to your pan and cook for 1 minute on each side.
  • Add the garlic to the pan and let cook for 30 seconds, then stir and add in the salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, lemon juice and zest, parsley and oregano and toss to combine before removing from heat.
