Ingredients

salmon filets
my pieces were about 6 ounces each

teaspoon
canola oil
▢

tablespoons
Asian sweet chili sauce
▢

tablespoons
hoisin sauce
▢

tablespoons
rice wine vinegar
▢

tablespoons
brown sugar
▢

tablespoon
lite soy sauce
▢
red and green chili peppers
sliced thinly (if desired)
▢
cilantro
chopped (if desired)
Instructions
Rub the salmon with the canola oil.
Heat a grill pan or cast iron skillet on high heat and sear on each side for 3 minutes.
In a small bowl add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
Pour the sauce around the salmon and cook for 15 seconds, then spoon over the salmon and serve.
Top with hot chili peppers and cilantro if desired.
