Ingredients
 

  • 10 ounces finely shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 jalapeno deseed, deveined and minced finely
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup fat free greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 lime zested and juiced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 teaspoons white vinegar

Instructions

  • Toss all the ingredients together well and let sit for at least 30 minutes before serving.
