Meatballs:

ground chicken breast

grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Marinara Sauce:
Add the olive oil to a dutch oven on medium high heat.
Saute the onion until just translucent, stirring often.
Add the garlic and stir for 30 seconds until you can smell it.
Add the rest of the ingredients, stir well and simmer, covered on low heat for 20 minutes.
Meatballs:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until just combined.
Roll the chicken mixture into 12 even meatballs and put them into a cast iron skillet.
Spray a quick 1 second burst of olive oil spray onto the meatballs and cook for 20 minutes.
Serve the meatballs with the sauce in your desired recipes.
