Korean BBQ Chicken Drumsticks

Korean BBQ Chicken Drumsticks are slightly spicy, sticky, sweet, and full of garlic and ginger and crispy even with skin! Just one dish to clean and dinner is done in 40 minutes!

Ingredients
 

  • 12 drumsticks skinless
  • 3 tablespoons lite soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Toss all the ingredients together and place into a baking pan.
  • Cook for 30-35 minutes, basting once with sauce.
