Ingredients

  • 1 bunch curly kale
  • Vegetable oil spray
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet (or baking pan) with parchment paper.
  2. Cut out the thick stem of the kale with kitchen shears then tear the leaves apart.
  3. Wash the kale thoroughly then dry very carefully to avoid any leftover moisture (this will prevent it from crisping up).
  4. Spray with vegetable oil until just shiny and sprinkle on the kosher salt.
  5. Bake until the edges just start to brown, about 10-15 minutes.
