For the Dressing:

  • 3/4 cup 2% plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

For the Salad:

  • 6 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup red onion , diced
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup bacon crumbles


  1. Mix the yogurt, vinegar, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and black pepper in a small bowl.

  2. Add the broccoli, red onion, raisins, almonds and bacon to a large mixing bowl.

  3. Toss the salad with the greek yogurt dressing and refrigerate until serving.
