Honey Soy Salmon

Honey Soy Salmon is full of flavor with honey, soy, ginger and scallions broiled in your oven in less than ten minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 scallion sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • 4 6- ounce pieces salmon
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a ziploc bag.
  2. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to broil.
  4. Add the fish to a pan (keep the remaining marinade)
  5. Broil for 7-9 minutes.
  6. Top with remaining marinade and serve.
