Thai BBQ Salmon

Thai BBQ Salmon cooked in a thick sweet and smoky bbq sauce topped with sliced chili peppers. Full of spicy, sweet and savory flavors for just 2 Weight Watchers Smart Points per serving!

Ingredients
 

  • 6 salmon filets my pieces were about 6 ounces each
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil
  • 4 tablespoons Asian sweet chili sauce
  • 4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon lite soy sauce
  • red and green chili peppers sliced thinly (if desired)
  • cilantro chopped (if desired)

Instructions

  • Rub the salmon with the canola oil.
  • Heat a grill pan or cast iron skillet on high heat and sear on each side for 3 minutes.
  • In a small bowl add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
  • Pour the sauce around the salmon and cook for 15 seconds, then spoon over the salmon and serve.
  • Top with hot chili peppers and cilantro if desired.
